This morning I was in the pool at 7:30ish and swam:
Warmup:

- 400 Kick with Fins
- 400 IM
Main Set:
- 4 x 100's build on 1:45
- 800 Snorkel
- 800 - 4 x 200's descending 1-4 pulling
- 4 x 100's fast on 2:00
- 8 x 50's IM order on 1:15
- 400 Pull
200 Easy Cooldown:
4,400 yards total
