I have really had a wimpy 2015. With a total of 221 miles. Very sub-par for me. So this year I'm setting a goal to swim 750 miles total. That's doable, and with my goal of swimming Tahoe this August, I really should be doing that much training.
So today I swam the following:
6 x 100's odd free, even IM on 1:30/2:00
8 x 50's kick with fins on :50
5 x 200's agility paddles on 3:00
10 x 250's (100 free on 1:30, 75 free/back/free on 1:20, 50 breast on 1:20, 25 free on :45)
5 x 400's odd pull even no equipment
400 kick with fins
7,400 yards total
I had a goal to swim 10,600 yards but my right shoulder was telling causing me trouble and I don't want to injure myself. I want to swim tomorrow too.
