This morning I got in 1000 yards before starting the SDM workout that Craig came up with:
400 - 200 Swim; 200 Drill
500 - 10x50 Free Build on :45
800 - 4x200 Pull on 2:30 (first two large paddles, second two agility paddles) not much rest at all on these.
1600 - 4 x (4x50 Stroke on :50, 1x100 IM, 1x100 Kick)
4,300 yards total in 1:20
