400 - 400 IM warmup
400 - 4 x 100 fly 25 left arm, 25 right, 25 kick, 25 normal
1000 - 20 x 50's 5 of each stroke
750 - 10 x 75's middle 25 only 3 breaths
600 - 6 x 100's kick choice on 2:30
600 - 4 x 150's 50 fly, 50 back, 50 free
600 - 4 x 150's 50 back, 50 breast, 50 free
200 - 8 x 25's over unders at 40 seconds
4550 total
First decent workout for a while! I enjoyed today's workout.
