Today I just didn't have the motivation or high level of energy to go out strong today.  I worked from 8:30 am to almost 8 pm.  Tough day but at least I got in the pool.

500 - 20 x 25's on 1:00 (4 fly, 4 free, 6 fly, 6 free all sprints with lots of rest)

100 Kick
