Very cut...I was laughing when I watched the video! Very cute. <br /><br />As for TI, I'm one of the slowest swimmers out there but since learning it (from Noel Olsen, the coach here in Utah), I could honestly swim FOR. E. VER. It has made a huge difference in my stroke. My next step is speeding up, which I will work on throughout the winter. My mile time is about 39 minutes (yikes, I know) when I'm not pushing hard. Using the tempo trainer through the winter I'm going to try and get that number down significantly.
